Tsamis Zante Suites (Adults Only), Psarou (Zakynthos)

I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some beautiful aspects, my overall experience was quite mixed. The gorgeous view from the lobby and the friendly demeanor of the staff were highlights, but unfortunately, the food was lackluster, and there were significant cleanliness issues in our room. The lack of proper amenities and poor Wi-Fi also detracted from what could have been a relaxing getaway.

I had an unforgettable experience at the resort, thanks to the breathtaking infinity pool, the wonderful spa treatments, and the attentive staff. While the food was delicious and varied, there were a few minor issues with room cleanliness that could be improved upon. Overall, it's a peaceful haven that made my holiday incredibly relaxing.

My stay at Tsamis was truly exceptional, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and beautiful scenery. I particularly loved the infinity pool overlooking Kefalonia, which was one of the main highlights. A few areas, such as the dining variety and some amenities, could use minor improvements, but overall, it was a memorable getaway.

However, the location feels quite isolated, and the dining options were disappointing, with issues around food hygiene and variety. The service was inconsistent, and we felt quite uncomfortable at times due to communication problems. Overall, it's a mixed experience with some highlights but plenty of areas needing improvement.
